People from daye city, Hubei Province.  He graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts with a bachelor’s degree in 2001.  In 2004, he graduated from Hubei Academy of Fine Arts with a master’s degree.  Since 2006, he has been teaching in the Art College of Hubei Second Normal University.
