Born in October 1981 in Heilongjiang, China.  In 2001, he published his personal painting collection ” From Middle School to Central Academy of Fine Arts”.  The 2002 work ” Untitled 1″ took part in the second prize of the Nokia Asia ” Creativity” Competition. In the same year, she taught at the China Academy of Fine Arts. In 2004, she won the first prize of the Gangsong Family College. In 2004, she graduated from the mural department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. In the same year, she taught at the China Academy of Fine Arts and is currently the director of the third studio of the mural department.  In 2005, the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts held an exhibition of personal works. Hangzhou published ” Collection of He Liang’s Personal Sketches” in 2005. In 2006, he studied at the French National Institute of Fine Arts (Ecole Nationale Superior des Beaux-Arts). In 2007, He Liang’s personal work ” Discontinuous Fragments” in Paris International Art City, France. In 2007, the oil painting ” Leadership” participated in the ” Third Eye” Chinese Academy of Fine Arts oil painting invitation exhibition. In 2007, the oil painting ” Smoking Girls” series participated in the ” Solo Music”.  Public Art Creation and Research Exhibition of China Academy of Fine Arts is held in Sino-Japanese Friendship Guild Hall. In 2007, the series of ” Private Domains” and ” I” participated in the first post-70s artist work invitation exhibition. In 2007, the works participated in the China-National Art Exhibition and won the silver medal. Currently, the works are taught by the director of the 3rd Studio of mural department of China Academy of Fine Arts.
