Born in 1975 in Chengdu, Sichuan, he graduated from the Oil Painting Department of sichuan fine arts institute with a master’s degree in 2004 and now works in Wuhan, Hubei. Li Jikai is currently teaching in the Animation College of Hubei Academy of Fine Arts. He is mainly engaged in the artistic creation of easel painting and has participated in many solo and joint exhibitions.
